Booking Policy
This policy is in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for both you and the therapist.

Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The deposit is paid online at the time of booking or via a secure payment link sent to you.
If you prefer not to use card details online,
PayID payment is also available upon request.
The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of your session.

Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows or if the therapist arrives and the client is unavailable will be charged the full session fee.
Arrival & Access
Please ensure there is suitable space for the massage table setup and a safe, accessible environment for the session.
If parking or access details are required, please provide this information in advance.
Mobile Service
This is a mobile service. The therapist travels to your location,
and travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Please feel free to contact me for a travel fee quote based on your location.
Travel fees are calculated based on distance and time required.
Health & Safety
Please inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns prior to your session so the treatment can be safely adapted to your needs.
A client form will be provided for first-time clients to gather important health information. However, sharing any relevant details in advance is always appreciated and helps ensure a safe and effective treatment.
Pregnancy:
Massage is not available during the first trimester (up to 11–12 weeks).
For second and third trimester, treatment can be provided with appropriate positioning and techniques to ensure comfort and safety. Please contact me prior to booking so we can discuss your needs.
Professional Conduct
This is a professional, treatment-based service.
Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
Clients are required to wear appropriate underwear during the session.
Proper draping with towels will be maintained at all times to ensure comfort, privacy, and professionalism.
This service is intended for clients who are seeking genuine therapeutic treatment.
Any inappropriate behaviour or requests will result in immediate cancellation, and full charges may apply.
Scope of Practice
This service is focused on remedial and therapeutic treatment.
It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
I am fully insured and a registered member of a professional massage association, ensuring treatments are provided to a high professional standard.
