Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Namisa Massage.

These policies help ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client.

Payment policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is payable at the end of your appointment.

• Cash

• HICAPS (Remedial Massage only)

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• More than 24 hours’ notice – your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice – your deposit will be forfeited.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

By providing your payment details, you authorise Namisa Massage to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.

Arrival

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.

• Free client parking is available in the GSM Arcade car park.

• If I’m still with another client, please take a seat in the waiting area until I invite you in.

• First-time clients will be asked to complete a confidential Health History Form before treatment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Health & Safety

Please inform me before your appointment if you have any injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any concerns that may affect your treatment.

A confidential Health History Form is required for all first-time clients.

Pregnancy

Massage is not available during the first trimester (up to 12 weeks).

Massage may be available during the second and third trimesters following assessment.

Professional Conduct

Namisa Massage provides professional therapeutic treatment only.

Any inappropriate behaviour, requests, or failure to respect professional boundaries will result in the treatment ending immediately, and a full treatment fee may apply.

Scope of Practice

Treatments are provided by a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and are intended to support your health and wellbeing.

Massage therapy does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
